Mondas42 Posted October 29, 2018 Share Posted October 29, 2018 Hello all I’m Martin! I used to build quite a lot of models when I was younger, but only recently got back into it. I used to build mainly racing cars, specifically the 1/20 Tamiya F1 range, but the work and life got in the way so I stopped. Recently bought myself the large 1/350 Star Trek Enterprise Refit model, and really enjoyed the experience. So I will be making more. Im 48 and I work as a Technical Consultant for a large Pacemaker company. But I am also a amateur actor and a playwright (I’ve written a award winning short play). I also am a cosplayer, and work a bit with the UK Garrison, part of the international Star Wars costuming group, the 501st as well as a member of the UK Cyber Legion where we raise money for charity dressing up as Dr Who Monsters. I am studying ing for a degree in history with the OU. Married with one teenage daughter. Oh oh and I’ve also built myself a full size Dalek! 😆😆 will be posting ing pictures of the Enterprise build in the appropriate section, and also some of my WIPs thanks for reading Martin.
