Kris B
Cheers. I've notice one thing with this putty. It must be oil based, so after remove when I've used Sidolux (Wooden/PVC floor policy liquid something similar to Johnson's Clear) it was hard to apply to surface where the masking was. It was "slipping" away. But at the end I've managed to cover it.

Kris B
For the mud I've mixed some soil, plaster, pigment, water and little bit of Mig acrylic resin.
Ernst
Very nice project, I've got the (welded) version, nr 83852 partly build. Those aftermarket guns really look the part, the ones in the kit are flimsy. The highlights work well. Did you paint the red star on top of the turret, mine didn't have a decal for that but it looks awesome, it kind of belongs there. Hope you don't mind if I follow., Cheers, Ernst
Kris B
Ernst, the guns are really worth the money. I've painted the star. Red first and little bit of red variations on top of it. Then I've mask it with Tamiya masking tape and spray the rest of the tank.
