Mr T
Looks interesting, I built the Pavla kit a few years back and it could have been better with very thick trailing edges and quite fragile looking undercarriage. Clear Prop is a new name to me
stevehnz
I'd be up for one of these if its up to modern standards, I've an HPM one which I believe is quite old & just shouts challenge. Steve.

wamwig
Looking at the animation on the Scalemates site that is certainly a quantum leap above the Frog casting, as you would expect, although much of it wont ultimately be seen!
Robert
That looks really good. Robert
Rabbit Leader
Now that looks way cool. You’ve all got to watch this vid - Hopefully the choice to display the canopy in the open position will also be available. Cheers.. Dave 15

Truro Model Builder
Well I'm certainly up for one, and that engine is a kit in itself. Great animation.
The Tomohawk Kid
Way to go on kit instructions. I guess it would be prohibitively expensive on anything larger and/or more complicated. MiG-Mech
Cool instruction. Better than paper.

Space Ranger
With all that internal detail, one fuselage half should really be molded in clear plastic so it can be seen.
mack
No matter the price tag, I'll have one... may I dream they have a Dh 108 of similar detail level on the pipe?!
Dave Swindell
So, it's a new company called ClearProp? And their first kit is a ............. Jet! Looks good though, I'm tempted...

Pin
This is the coolest kit announcement (I mean the video) I have ever seen. Shame that I have no interest in the prototype whatsoever, I hope they will release something more appealing to me one day
Dennis_C
Hmm. I do have an interest in this baby jet! And since the only readily available kit was ex-Frog Eastern Express... I'm tempted! Edited October 29, 2018 by Dennis_C
Tbolt
Looks really nice. Slightly concerned about the multi part gear legs though, hopefully if they are a good fit they won't be to bad.
stevehnz
Ooooh, awesomeness in buckets there, both the vid & the kit, I'll be up for one for sure. Steve
Sabrejet
This is an impressive debut by any means. We really are living through a golden era in kit production: I can't wait to see what else they come up with.
Rabbit Leader
3 hours ago, Sabrejet said: I can't wait to see what else they come up with. Hopefully a full family of Meteors as a follow up, perhaps starting from the NF.14 and going backwards. Cheers.. Dave
Caerbannog
Wow - I wish my 1.48 kit would have just half of this detail.
JamesP
Not an everyman kit though. The engine is a nice to have, but will probably double the price of the kit.

Cheers.. Dave I think I've read somewhere Special Hobby are making the Meteor NF series. I know that doesn't mean others can't but why duplicate the same subjects? Great video of the kit, lets hope it goes together as easily and seamlessly as they show! Jeff
