Sprueloose
Another beautiful civil aircraft Moa. I must say thatI find them more attractive than the killing machines. I love the color of the plastic on this one! 2

fjaweijfopi4j48
Dealing with the seams of the wing lower panels and at the fuselage top. The wheel pants -that I had incorrectly painted red before- are given a coat of aluminium. Some parts from the etched fret are assembled and prepared: Edited December 14, 2018 by Moa

GrzeM
Excellent! I think the oleos can be improved - they were a bit more beefy in original airplane. Edited December 15, 2018 by GrzeM 3
Courageous
Can't help but notice the fitting of the engine access panels, hinged at the top with a 'gap' on it's aft edge. Stuart

Stuart Yes, there is a "cheek" effect, the aft parts curves outwards to let air escape, creating a very subtle half-moon opening when seen from behind.

OK, happy now?: But this will cost you a beer. I recall having in Europe a good one called Ubu. There. That happens to those who make suggestions, they end up picking up the tab at the pub 😉 6
GrzeM
Well, for such good advice I've expected a beer 😉 But sure, once you come to Warsaw I buy you a beer or two with great pleasure, but rather some local one, I don't know the Ubu beer (but I know the Ubu the King). The oleos look great, really much better than those pathetic ones provided by the producer.

Wlad
Coming along nicely. Gotta love those manly oleos 🙂. I rather miss the turquoise green though... Moa, if it is any consolation for the photo etch delay, I was able to go on vacation and return without missing anything. Cheers, Wlad

A couple days ago I dropped a kit box on it, fortunately only the LG legs got squashed and were quickly repaired...but during the repair I managed to cast droplets of superglue on one fuselage side, which I had to rasp, sand and repaint. Oh, the horrors of the repair domino effect! P/S: My older son is a price-winning brewmaster in Argentina, no lack of freebees 😉

fjaweijfopi4j48
P.E. parts + film windows in place, together with the kit's windshield. The windshield in my case needed plenty of shaving to match the windows and the contour of the wing once presented on top of this assembly. Not an easy one, this area, by any means:

Brandy
This looks set to be another gorgeous rendition of a hitherto unheard of aircraft! (I'm pretty proud of that, since I'm in the pub!) Looking forward to the next update. Ian
