Anti-Flash White best colour?

Hi peeps,

I am currently building a 1/144 Mikro Mir Valiant and have got to the paint stage, I was wondering if you guys had any tips on painting Anti-Flash White?

I'm sure you'll get some more accurate responses with BS coded colours, but I used this:

 

And it turns out like this with just one coat. I never do primer I'm too lazy, and to be honest I don't personally ever feel anything needs it. Not sure why some people spray them black or anything first, this was done in one go in the back garden:

Halfords appliance white on my Valiant.  Over white primer.

Halfords White Primer. Light coats, leaves the right finish.

If a spray can is too "vicious" for the scale and you don't want to decant the paint but can airbrush, Gunze lacquers have a number of whites available which spray beautifully to a hard semi gloss finish.

Thank you guys, I was thinking of soma Tamiya White with a drop of Buff in it. I’m not sure if that would work that well, Halfords Appliance White is an option but I would have to decant it and I’ve not done that before.
