fjaweijfopi4j48
The AVIA B.H. Exp. was the first of the famous BH series and predecessor of the recently-released KP Avia BH-11. This model was built a little more than a year ago. Some modelers and aviation buffs will be aware of a very nice flying replica of the Avia BH Exp. The builders, though, for some reason, decided to mix the available information found in old photos, and applied later marks and Avia logo to the earlier, unpainted, stages of the plane. That is: this plane originally flew showing the wood and covering without any marks on it, or flew, painted overall in a light color with the marks, as represented on my model. The light finish of later photos show a uniform color that looks cream. Comparing the photos with those finished in silver dope showed that it couldn't be that finish, which appears different. Since later BH models had a cream finish, that color was chosen. Decals as usual were from Arctic Decals.

Terry1954
Another little gem Moa, and the figures certainly give character to the era. Terry

Giorgio N
I'm really impressed by your line of scratchbuilt light aircraft, very nice models of little known subjects. Really the work of a well above the average modeller, well done
