Bill.B
Good day fellow enthusiasts, can anyone please advise on which is the best quality SEPECAT Jaguar in 1/144 scale? So far I’ve only identified Academy, LS Models and Minicraft as manufacturers, but I’m not sure which one is the best to go for. Any advice gratefully received. Bill. Dave Fleming
LS. Also issued under the Arrii label The others are the same mould, crude inaccurate copy of the LS one. Also released by Revell, Edited October 20, 2018 by Dave Fleming

Murdo
The 1/144 Academy one isn't great but it can be made to resemble a reasonable Jaguar (or so I think). Decals are home made and the Missiles are from another kit.
Bill.B
Hmm, a desert scheme, that makes a nice change from the usual two tone green/grey. I might try that as it’ll certainly stand out from the crowd!
dnl42
I've had a hankering to do the Bruntingthorpe gate guard. The Jaguar logo looks feasible as it appears it's on a white background.
Bill.B
That’s certainly a different scheme! But I saw a Buccaneer there too.....😍

Bill.B
Just a quick update, I’ve managed to pick up the LS kit of the Jag and upon initial inspection it appears to be well very moulded considering it’s diminutive size. Thanks again Dave for the recommendation.👍

Bonhoff
It'll need some weight in the nose - My Academy one is a marginal tailsitter... IanJ
Pete in Lincs
Mid eighties at Laarbruch I saw a real one do that. After a servicing, a valve stuck open or was it closed? OOPS.
BigReg
Retrokit do aftermarket bits such as the laser nose, cockpit and exhaust nozzles. Well worth picking up. David

David That at leats might be worth picking up (if you want to do an RAF/International one) as I think you have the early boxing with the pointed nose. (UNless you wanted to do an early RAF one!)
