Cheers, call it artistic licence and the fact I have two girls that had a hand in helping with this. They also want a swing in the tree and birds adding to it....a demanding lot☺️ 1 1
Gorby Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 It's looking good. What are you using for the ivy? 1

rockpopandchips Posted December 14, 2018 Author Posted December 14, 2018 A small nod to the late great and stunning Allison Hayes, a film poster from Attack of the 50ft woman fitted to the back wall of the shed. 3
rockpopandchips Posted December 15, 2018 Author Posted December 15, 2018 Working on a bit of guttering and a water butt next. 3
rockpopandchips Posted December 16, 2018 Author Posted December 16, 2018 I thought that drain pipe set was a little dull so made something a bit more in keeping with the shed and than scratched a tap for it. I did attach it a bit low down but never mind... 3 1
rockpopandchips Posted December 16, 2018 Author Posted December 16, 2018 (edited) A few more bits done, a small jerry can, pickaxe and a cup of tea that still needs painting. Edited December 16, 2018 by rockpopandchips 3
rockpopandchips Posted December 17, 2018 Author Posted December 17, 2018 (edited) So I had a go at making some house bricks from milliput tonight not a great success but did end up making 3 mushrooms that look OK. Edited December 17, 2018 by rockpopandchips 4
JeroenS Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 It's always the same with these mushrooms... you look in the other direction for a minute and there they are 😋 1 1
rockpopandchips Posted December 18, 2018 Author Posted December 18, 2018 Especially these magic ones... 5
rockpopandchips Posted December 29, 2018 Author Posted December 29, 2018 (edited) Every shed needs a hose pipe and a fly-mower. Used a bit of solder for the hose and scratched the mower. Edited December 29, 2018 by rockpopandchips 3

Badder Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 With my own diorama on temporary hold, I've missed quite a lot in this forum, so it's been great to catch up RP&C. I'm loving all these little details, especially the 'Giant Woman' poster - great film - the Flymo, water butt and Fly Agaric Mushrooms. It's all fantastic, apart from the 'cup of tea still waiting to be painted'. Personally, I'd throw that away. Paint in your tea is not a good taste. Seriously though, I'm sure you can find something better to make a replacement. Rearguards, Badder 1
rockpopandchips Posted January 5, 2019 Author Posted January 5, 2019 So this will be used for another build but I'm quietly happy with first attempt at sculpture even if it's just a old oak tree stump. 2

rockpopandchips Posted January 18, 2019 Author Posted January 18, 2019 Back the shed, we'll the tree. Got myself some seafoam to play with, so I'm filling out the branches of the tree, still a bit to add but I'm pleased with how it looking for such a large tree. 2
Gorby Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 That tree looks amazingly good! I've decided that the next dio I do is going to have a tree, and if it turns out that good I'll be well pleased. 1

rockpopandchips Posted January 21, 2019 Author Posted January 21, 2019 I think I'm done with this one, need to do some better pictures. 4
Prop Duster Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 Just found this little gem. WOW is just the thing to convey my delight at your vignette. The clever use of scattered items to give the look of a "work in progress" yard and shed. One thing I hesitate to ask, but if you could explain: Why do you mow your fly's? is it to keep them from becoming too big? 🤣 😉 1
rockpopandchips Posted February 8, 2019 Author Posted February 8, 2019 @Prop DusterLOL ... cheers. Not sure if you have the lawnmower company in the US call Flymo. Here is one of there full size grass cutters 1
Prop Duster Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 rockpopandchips LOL No we are not so blessed to have a Flymo Company/mower. But it is of no matter, it gives us an new avenue of learning about another's yard maintenance equipment.... "so Vital in todays global economy"..... 😂 by the by your representation looks just like the sample picture- good job.
