tnuag
The first flight of the prototype Douglas DC-7C Seven Seas (N70C) took place at Santa Monica on 20th December 1955. busnproplinerfan
Is Hannants getting the DC-7/7B parts in soon? I'm waiting on those so they can send the order.
tnuag
The 7B engine exhaust section os different and is being cast now - they should be delivered by the end of March and hopefully sooner.

tnuag
I don't know, but it is not a problem as more 7C conversions will be delivered at the same time as the 7Bs.

You can, however, place items on backorder, and once they are received, Hannant's will automatically charge them to your account (provided you have created an account and set up a preferred method of payment) and send them to you. Or, once you have been notified that the items have been received, you can move them from "backordered" to your shopping cart and add any other items you wish at the same time and pay for them all at once. But they will not hold things for you indefinitely.

tnuag
As I said before, according to the Hannants website, the DC-7C conversions sold out in three days which was good commercial news for us. It is not a problem however because more 7C conversions will be delivered at the same time as the 7Bs. So there is nothing to be concerned about.
