Hallo Roman, these were the sealing of wing fasteners made of doped fabric. Their bolts regularly broke off when the cannon were fired, so these are typical feature of practically all operational airframes.

Lovely job as usual Libor,....... strange how I am modelling the very same aircraft in 1/48th scale at the moment! I hope mine looks as nice,
