Popular Post Redboost
Hi folks, this is my recent build of the Airfix kit updated to a 404.sq (RCAF) machine as operated in the summer 1944 using Aviaeology gorgeous decal sheet. We have a new book on this hard-hitting twin coming soon, see HERE. Cheers Libor 78

Roman Schilhart
Another top quality build from your factory! Those red lines along the wing roots are really strange, but make for a dash of color.

Redboost
Thanks everyone for kind feedback, much appreciated! 4 hours ago, Roman Schilhart said: Those red lines along the wing roots are really strange, but make for a dash of color. Hallo Roman, these were the sealing of wing fasteners made of doped fabric. Their bolts regularly broke off when the cannon were fired, so these are typical feature of practically all operational airframes. Hobo
Another work of art Libor. I assume the build article will be in the Airframe Album No.14. By the way, about how many hours did you put into this model?
Redboost
Thanks! Yes, it goes to AA14. The deadline was pretty short, I spent on it about 2 weeks (I assume around 30 hours). Cheers Libor
