neil5208
Quick build, just 10 days start to finish. OOB and painted as an aircraft of 204 Kokutai based at Rabaul airbase 1943. Tamiya acrylics paints used. A nice simple kit, mostly together after 2 days and the rest of the time spent was painting. Used as an airbrush exercise in free hand mottling and line painting so no pre or post shading. Josip
I've seen pics of the original and you managed to duplicate the effect fine, but in mine opinion its a terrible thing to do to a fighter plane;-)
djos
Very nice ZERO. On on my must to do list of camouflages, as this was not very often approach of painting planes from WW2. You executed it perfectly Best regards Djordje

(I've got one in my therapy build thread pile) No wip for this one, thrown together as I finished the Eduard bf110. Nice simple kit, it took longer to mask the canopy than build it vitually no filler at all.
Corsairfoxfouruncle
Great looking Zero 👍 in what has to be one of the most unique camouflage patterns I’ve ever seen on a plane. Though it does kind of remind me of fish scales.

Greg Law
MMM Stripy...... Very well done. I wish I had the hands to do that. I'm doing one of it's stable mates in the Pacific group build. Mine will have the blotchy scheme. I see you went for the tan look or is it the lighting. You don't see that a lot and the brown back to the Prop. I was thinking of doing my prop that way. Edited October 8, 2018 by Greg Law

Its the normal IJN light grey base with IJN field green for the stripes
