You've done a grand job with your Sword Spitfire, well done!:thumbsup2:

 

Regarding the Revell Spitfire, whilst it's nicely moulded IIRC, it lacks the gull-wing section on the underside of the rear-wing to fuselage joint, at least the Mk.Vb version of the kit did.  If it's the same as the Vb, it will just be a flat section which is very disappointing as the that gull-wing section is a noted Spitfire characteristic.

It's the new mould, the gull wing is fine.

Ouch, forgot to comment on this one... another very nice Spitfire John! Your collection of foreign Spitfires has been a great addition to the GB gallery, thanks again for taking part. Glad that you enjoyed this GB, will look foward to your other Spitfires in the WIP section of the forum
