Blitz23 Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 I purchased the Airfix BBMF collection with the intent to build it for the classic Airfix GB but that didn't exactly go to plan especially seeing the Hurricane is actually a Heller kit, so it ended up spurned and boxed. I think it's about time I resurrected this childhood classic. So starting with the fighters the build will resume. Heres what I plan to build.... The Spitfire Mk ii will be finished OOB. The Hurricane. Will be using an Xtradecal sheet for this scheme. I wish to add this Mk IX to the collection, not sure what kit I'll be using just yet, I know AZ Model do a version with these decals, alternatively techmod produce a decal sheet for this scheme. The lanc I'll be finishing as Phantom of the Ruhr with the different Sqn codes using this Xtradecal sheet. The Lanc will be posed in flight on a stand but the fighters I'm debating displaying on a base as if they're at Connigsby. Anyone know any other decal sheets in 1/72 of BBMF aircraft feel free to let me know. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
