Giorgio N
Who will be the first to issue a kit ? Italeri in the past used to be the fastest when it came to new modern types, let's see if they do it again.. It's a strange looking aircraft, I like it from some angles and don't from others. Sure lacks the elegance of the T-38 but it's interesting how in several aspects there's a lot of Northrop in the design, particularly in the wing. When seen from above reminds me a lot of some of the designs that led to the YF-17 Edited October 1, 2018 by Giorgio N
exdraken
Rumors are that the Boing offer was way lower than the others... Will pay off later! Italeri first? Long time ago maybe... Raptor in 48th maybe the last one...

Slater
Designing a clean-sheet-of-paper aircraft these days is obscenely expensive, so one wonders how Boeing kept the price down.

Paul J
To me the front end resembles a Hawk / Alpha Jet and the rest a scaled down Hornet.
Slater
Presumably it was also designed with an eye toward the light attack role?
