I think that I put a good 200 stencils but the end of that mess is at hand.... I bought a second hand kit.... And now, it's itching me.... See... Sturdy ugly cardboard box with no box art at all.... But.... Yup, it is not SBD 3/4 but SBD 3 AND 4.... I'll try to wait until next year.... I already failed once, I'll try to amend myself... Then this one popped from my stock.... I ordered a transparency sprue to Mr and Mrs Italeri, because they were missing in this box !!! Let's see if they are efficients... More to come soon Happy modelling week end !! Sincerely. I saw an informative (propaganda) movie about USS Independence at Yankee station... So all the Air group is visible.... and the planes are well worn !! So now, I ponder about doing another F-4B of the VF-41 ?? Then 2 A-4C skyhawk ?? The A-6 is already here with the good decal sheet.... They used some A-1 too, Skyraider and Intruder on the same deck is really unusual.... RA-5C is also on the stash.... This movie is a treat for someone like me.... Be careful Gents, it is noted that after looking at this movie, people tends to look for USN aircraft kits.... Now, it's up to you.... Have a great modelling time... They did'nt gave any fuse... just a pointy thing that did'nt resemble nothing..... So.... CC multibuilds bonus.... The monogram Skyraider has ridiculous Mk 82 with "let's say" good extended fuses.... A bit of cleaning and go.... Glued on the Academy one and it's a bit more convincing... Dr FrankenCC strike again.... Now 5 evening work day.... No modelling.....
