Gloster Meteor NF11 cockpit colours

I am trying to establish the colours of the oxygen? bottles on the port side of the rear cockpit of the NF11. I have trawled the internet looking for images of this cockpit with no luck and none of my Meteor books are of any help either. Anyone know the answer?

For what it's worth. I seem to remember that oxygen bottles are black with a white top.  The picture below is of industrial bottles but from my days at Normalair-Garrett (very much oxygen systems people), they are consistent with my memory.

 

 

What scale are you modelling?

Hi Tom,

 

There is a long-running thread over on the Key Publishing Forum (Flypast) - they are restoring an NF.14; think it is actually an NF.14(T). Lots of close-up photos, I'm not sure if they have any of the oxygen tanks, but I'm sure they will know where to find them.

I had an Oxygen tank from a Canberra which was all black with white lettering very much like the ones in Julian posted.
