Chaserpilot
Hi all. First post from me. I am building a 1/48 Chinook and intend finishing it in 18 Sqn’s 100th Annoversay scheme. On the underside there is a large Sqn commemorative logo. The white band contains script that I cannot make out from available photos. Does any body know what is written there? Help greatly appreciated.
Jabba
You could try Andy Donovan who is a member here, but I cannot remember his user name as he had something to do with the design.

Chaserpilot
Thanks guys. I think I have resolved my problem. Pretty sure it says 18(B) SQUADRON.
cngaero
Is this of any use? https://tommercerphotography.co.uk/2015/05/18/18-b-squadron-celebrates-100-years-of-service/
Kevin Callahan
That makes 3 fancy Chinook anniversary aircraft now. Xtradecal already did one in 1:72 so how about the other 2? Some bits will probably require painting rather than decals.
