Su-25 Digi Camo 1:72

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

This was a project I was doing for some time, The kit is a really crude one made by KP, my last attempt at digital camo was a mess as the size was too big, I thought the digital masking tape was of the correct size. However, I knew it wasn't correct so I tried it again, this time I made a small strip of masking tape and use as a base for my project and it works quite well, bit tedious tho, spend more time masking and painting than building it, for 30 minutes of masking for small area I airbrushed for like 15 sec? It was mask and repeat, the decals were borrowed from my other kits the tail marking and exhaust is still missing :) the weapon from the kit was too very crude again borrowed from another soviet aircraft kit I have. Hope it is turned out OK.

Thanks, Buddy, I say it was not the easiest camo pattern I have done.

Rather you than me, that does look excellent and I'm sure it will be a talking point in your display. Very nicely done.

aha, it sure is, however, I still need to find the missing wheel that my friend lose it, it is a bit irksome to see one side with a scratch built wheel :)
