Rob998
I bought a few of these tiny kits on a whim a couple of weeks back, and this is the first one I have ever assembled. I reckon this kit scales to about 1/1375? You really do have to be able to achieve a Zen state for these, they're sooooo fiddly... Sorry about the 'phone pics. This is how it comes, on 2 "sprues" Chu' So'wl' 😁 One wing about 3/4 done... Getting there... Underside detail Finished! I'll admit that this thing was nearly launched at warp factor 9 bin-wards on more than one occasion, but I'm glad I stuck with it!
The Chief Smeg
I’ve only built one before and it was the Millenium Falcon (I too used my leatherman); my god you had more fiddly bits than I did though and mine was hard enough!
Rob998
I was tempted by the Atlas V and launch gantry, but I think I'd need to be Oogway from Kung Fu Panda to be able to get into the correct mindset for that! I've got a Darth Vader TIE fighter to do, and my eldest daughter (16) is into Marvel stuff so I got her Captain America's shield and Mjölnir to build, in attempt to distract her from her phone for a few hours. Somehow, I think I might be on a loser with that plan... Although, the sense of achievement when you finish one of these things is not inconsiderable! The Chief Smeg
The Atlas V and launch gantry would be an excellent source of greeblies, wouldn’t fancy having a crack at building it though!
jake the snake
Looks great! My hats off to you my friend. I am half way done with the M.E. AT AT. And its an incredible chore. A exercise in tedium and eye strain! 😃 Good job!
