Valenstitch
Here are my first ever completed builds on Britmodeller, not only that they are the first aircraft built by me in at least 20 years, like a lot of fella`s in their 50`s I cut my eye teeth on Airfix, Revel and Frog kits in my youth, I have learned a lot with these two, I`ve got more tools and "Stuff" than I had in my youth, and there is a whole world of AM stuff that wasn't around back then, there`s the internet too, but it`s finding the old Mojo that made the difference! These two were deposited in my lap by my Son when he was in junior school asking me if I would build them for him, well he`s almost 15 now and I finally got around to it................. Ta for lookin` no "G" Granto 56
Tomoshenko
Nice builds, and welcome back to the hobby. Your story is similar to a lot of folk on here (myself included). Look forward to a WIP.

qn30jEkPz7
Over in the Group Build area of the forum there is a build of that Mustang kit but I don’t think there is a straight ‘out of the box’ one yet. Might be nice to have your Mustang in there as an example of the kit decals & scheme

kapam
Both excellent builds - one could be forgiven for thinking you've been doing this a long time, rather than returning to the hobby.
BIG X
If this is your first RFI entry - you have certainly started with a bang - that is a brilliant standard of work

Bullbasket
Very nice Granto, but please tell me that you haven't abandoned the AFV's. John.
Harry_the_Spider
Very tidy. Your story is exactly the same as mine, but I'm about 12 months ahead of you. There's no more space for completed kits in my lad's room, I've got 4 in my office at work, I've got a stash of about 20 to go at and there is a Sea King with after market decals (because the kit ones just wouldn't do) in the post.

Missing the old "Armour Mojo" John, just couldn't face it, but the SOD is waiting for it to return, I`ll get back to it eventually, but right now I`m having fun with the Aeroplanes, I can do a build in a week or three where the Conky has taken nearly two years so far! Oh, and it`s cheaper too! Granto
