I even did a bit of scratch building and made an undercarriage floor.

MS406 ,Had a bit of trouble with the decals ,so i put some decal film on before i used them .

And had to go over the airbrushed camo with a paint brush

Got another kit in the stash ,going to do the other camo scheme that comes with the kit.

These old Heller kits don't scrub up too badly, do they? I remember back in the day, compared to Airfix's knobbly rivetty monsters and Matchox's ploughed-field panel lines, Heller were the height of finesse!

Very nice!

I would happily use the word "cute" to describe these French WW2 planes.

Likely they were underperforming compared to Spitfires and ME's but they sure looked the goods.
