Deano353
So here it finally is, I'm happy with the final result although i did manage to highlight some panel lines I missed a lot, Ill have to try the flory wash I think, as I used the Gunze. Either way I like it and I hope you guys do as well. The soot on the tail was just flat black airbrushed on as thr pigments I had weren't dark enough.

At Sea
Looks very good to me. Captures the look of in service RAF aircraft very nicely.
Deano353
Thanks At Sea I always like to make models look used not new, I always prefer the look. Although i filed away quite a few panel lines on this so on my next build I'll be trying to make the surface consistent. I've got a scriber only I don't trust myself with it yet lol. mirageiv
Brilliant, really looks the business. I think the lack of a stark panel line contrast makes it seem less like a model and more realistic in my view (everyone has differing opinions on this of course! ) David

stever219
Like At Sea and mirageiv I think your restrained treatment of panel joints is the way to go. Less is most definitely more here, but that sooty fin definitely looks the part.

FortyEighter
A great build and finish. It would have looked good with all the other Tonkas at Driffield last Sunday.
