Hello everybody Id like to say this is done. I took the Hobbyboss easy build P-39n and turned it into the RAF’s Airscobra 1. I’d like to thank Trickyrich for the oppurtunity to build this. The Cobra’s are my second favorite WW2 aircraft and i was missing the RAF version in my collection. I hope it meets everyones expectations and without further discussion I present my Airacobra Mk.I.

Good afternoon all

This is the RSmodels P39Q in the markings of a French Air Force aircraft of the Groupe de Chasse 2/9 Auvergne in 1945

I used the kit decals , I also replaced the seat by a Tamiya P47 Thuderbolt seat and added Eduard PEseat belts ..

I used Humbrol  Paints ..

Good evening everyone,

and the same aircraft again like in the post above. This time it's the Academy kit with Berna decals and finished with Tamiya paints. The guns were replaced by metal tubes and the 4-blade prop is a modified P-51K propeller from Quickboost. The late-style front-wheel was scratch-built.
