Hello,

 

Could some help me in regards colours for the RAF Typhoon.

I would like to use Mr Hobby paints and therefore their number.

 

Barley Grey.

Dark Admiralty Grey.

Ocean Grey.

Flint Grey.

 

Korean.

H334, Barley Grey overall, (now referred to as Camouflage Grey) with a darker medium grey radome.

Overall: BS381C no. 626 Camouflage (Barley) Grey.

Cockpit is BS381C no. 632 Dark Admiralty Grey.

Leading and trailing edge flap interiors: FS595B 36280 (Slightly lighter than RAF Ocean Grey).

Intake Flap interior: BS381C no. 626 Camouflage (Barley) Grey.

Intakes (Aft of intake flap - Inside intake ducting): FS595B 26492.

Radome: FS595B 36314 Flint Grey

The cockpit is FS36231 for all operators, not Dark Admiralty Grey. 

The radomes are all unpainted and are RAF Camouflage Grey when new for all operators, but they soon weather to a darker grey in service.

I am surprised that they mix FS and BS numbers, must be an headache trying to match up paints.

Thanks for correct 🙂  It's true cockpit should be painted FS36231.
