I wanted to push my skills a bit and decided to use the decals as templates to make my own masks for the tiger design (as I think painted looks better than decals!). Took a while to mask the whole thing and paint, but I am pleased with how it came out. The orange red was my own mix which I think works. I also added a FOD cover over the intake and exhaust. Particularly when cutting out photocopies of the decals and assembling them like a jigsaw before covering this with tamiya tape and cutting out the shape for the mask as the decals were broken up into sections on the decal sheet Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
