longshanks
A tribute to those who work the sea, many of whom have paid the ultimate price
keefr22
Excellent idea, really well executed - the whole presentation is very good! Really like the boat, and I think the base sets it off superbly well - the sand and rock pools look very realistic! Top job! Keith
spruecutter96
A lovely, life-like diorama. There is something about damage on any subject that I find really appealing. My favorite is the remains of WW2 aircraft in a jungle setting. Do you have any plans to include figures or are you happy as it is? Not a criticism BTW. just a friendly question.... Thanks for sharing with us. Chris.
Dads203
Awesome work Kev, loving the figure just standing and looking at the wreck, great pose

stevehnz
I like, you've turned out another stunna there Kev, simple but effective & not a little poignant. Steve.
seadog
Very effective! Like the boxing. As has been said, a nice tribute, and a reminder of the perils of fishing.

Darby
Nice build and a fitting tribute. It's all to easy to take for granted the fillet of pollack on your plate without any thought of how it got there. I've seen first hand total loss of life at sea. If anybody sees a Fishermen's Mission collection box please put something in. They also have a nice little charity shop in Helston. Those little figures are a work of art & provide the diorama a sense of scale. 👍👍

phoscar
Hello, A very beautiful achievement. I am currently working on the same idea. the diorama box (from my very very old French magazine MPM the diorama will be elsewhere what you did, the rest will be called scenette .. In any case your work is a reference. Marc

Gav G
A lovely piece of work. I didn't see the figure at first either and think the lack of one (or one being so much in the background) adds to the poignancy.
