JWM
Hi, The Avro 504 is very well known subject - the WW-I fighter which bacame then trainer and in this new role was still in service in some countries at the outbreak of WWII. One of such countries was Belgium. I did it within GB abroad GB and some construction work is documented there. The kit was A-model float version of Avro 504 K, I made the conversion to late variant, the 504 N on wheels. Here she is: The prop is rotating when blowed on Comments welcome BTW - This is mine number 16 this year, Cheers J-W

Brandy
Very nice, and I learned something too. I had no idea that variants of the 504 had been built with radial engines! Ian

Learstang
Excellent little 504N, JW! I've always wanted to do a Greek one - I believe they were still in service at the beginning of the Second World War also. What some people may not know is that a few 504s were impressed into RAF service during the Second World War. Your 16th model?! I won't even say how many I've completed so far this year... JWM
5 hours ago, Mitch K said: Very nice indeed Jerzy, as always. How does the A Model kit build? Thanks! well - so it was like typical A-model. Plastic is rather soft and each element needs some care before you glue in. Here is thread from build Regards Jerzy-Wojtek
