fightersweep
Thanks for the info. I don't mind a challenge, so I will certainly give the Twin Pin a go. I'm currently on a Sword Spitfire XIVe at the moment and that certainly needs plenty of "Test fit a dozen times and whittle the part endlessly before gluing". It looks good on the sprues, but I don't think anyone at Sword actually test fitted the thing! Oh, and the Maquette re-box of the Frog Handley Page Herald gave me the screaming ab dabs recently, so hopefully enough Jedi training for a Valom kit. Giorgio N
Don't know how I missed this ! Valom today seems to be making a lot of the lesser known subjects that I'd like to build, looking forward to this one !
72modeler
Don't know about you lads, but this is the scheme for me! Also some links to restored Twin Pins. Some nice modeling detail photos! Can't wait for this one to be released- so many neat military and civil schemes and markings! Too much to hope for a Botha, Valom? Edge
With you on the desert scheme for the Twin Pin and a wish for a Botha 72modeler! Although the Transport Command silver & white with blue cheat line looks appealing too! Edge
Paul J
Well! Ain't that just weird. A couple weeks ago I post images of my Magna one I built some years ago and now we have an injection coming. A sort of premonition maybe....???? I think i would consider one for myself too. I guess it will be around the £35.00 mark but worthy.

Kevin Callahan
Now this could produce a quandary. I'm normally drawn to the more colorful schemes like the ETPS raspberry ripple. But that desert version is pretty attractive. I can only seeing myself building one, so an actual decision may be called for! 😳
Supertom
Still holding out for an RMAF Twin Pin, and hoping Valom or somebody else will do the single Pin in 1/72 so I can do the plan my Dad flew in during his army days.

Kevin Callahan
That is supposed to be ex-Magna, possibly with all that entails. However, not sure if Combat is used to cleaning up and improving molds as part of their reissue. Anyone with more experience with Combat know for sure?
