Mitch K
Dear all, I'm aware that through its lifetime the Bf-109 (especially the F and G) was fitted with different props, all of different sizes. I've gone through my sources, but I can't find anything that gives me chapter and verse on this, especially things like the VDM 9-11207 versus the VDM 9-12010 - how much broader were the blades on the latter? My Google-fu has also proven weak, so I'm asking the "Experten" here. TIA, Mitch
azureglo
Thought I'd break the deathly silence : I can only add one useful bit of information, V13/14, the precursors of the 109E had bought in Hamilton Standards maybe same spec as the Curtiss Hawk? . As for the rest I think this is the place to ask. According to a chap @ the Messerschmitt foundation, that where they go for answers!!
