Well, if that doesn't bag you yet another 1st place, I'll eat my belly-button fluff.

Perfection.

Rearguards,

Badder

Mmmm.....your dietry habits do worry me! And I would make sure you have a suitable mini knife and fork - and perhaps a bit of salt?

Well done for getting it over the line stix, she looks to be absolutely flawless,

Thank you very much Glynn. I must admit I thought I would have had it finished a bit earlier but there is a lot to do on these aircraft.

Impressive! :worthy::clap: Extremely realistic, down to every single detail! I love the dirtying up of the wheels and U/C doors, that's the artist's touch :thumbsup2:

Superb result Stix.

The painting and weathering are certainly up to your usual standards and very effective indeed.

I really like the razorback P-47's and have one in the stash which I hope to build in the Battle of the Bulge GB if it gets voted in for next year.

Very well done mate, it's a stunner!

HI Craig and thank you. Yes there is something about P-47s - both Razorback and Bubbletop  - like the Bubbletop we saw at the Victory Show. It did have quite a presence!:

I will look forward to seeing your Razorback being built. It would be good if we could get the Battle of the Bulge GB through the voting - I reckon I will make a Sherman and possibly something from the opposing forces!

Kind regards,

Stix

Yes it is amazing that we could get that close. At some of the bigger shows there's less chance of being that close when the aircraft start up. The Victory Show is a pretty great show all round for what is, for us especially, a local show.

Looking forward to next years already!

Kind regards,

Stix
