PatW Posted June 26, 2018 Author Share Posted June 26, 2018 Thanks Corsairfoxfouruncle. I don't know if they used it for any other kit, as I've only seen this one in the 60+ years I've been building. We don't get many show rod type kits coming across the pond to the UK. This is the kit though and it's in black & gold! There was a tiny plastic tub of gold paint in the box to colour the chrome parts but that had gone solid as the kit was dated 1987. So I used clear orange acrylic, that we use for indicators in the UK.
