Superb build and finish, Werner. I'm intrigued by the conversion though...IIRC, the Wingman set is designed for the Kinetic Kfir C2/7 ?. I would prefer to use the Avantgarde kit, as you have, but were there any fit issues associated with the Wingman conversion. There do not appear to be but it would be helpful to know.

Thanks

Hi Mark,

if you go through the WIP thread  you can see quite  a lot in this respect.

In general I can say that there were no issues at all integrating the Wingman conversion to the AMK kit.

Needless to say, you are still glueing resin parts to plastic parts with the one or other correction necessary. You need to integrate the Wingman vacu front canopy to the AMK front fuselage that worked really fine. Closing the main canopy exactly would provide some additional challenges , but not too complicated either!

So all in all I think it goes really well! Was surprised myself how easy it worked out!

to all others, thanks alot for your kind words!

Very neat and realistic modelling. Nice work indeed.

Realistic, yes it flew like this more or less.....

An operatinal load would probably include tanks :)

Someone's display case needs some Argie deltas in "they're" shelves, methinks... I know of a couple of good Falkland War vets which would certainly look just superb in your collection.

if it was only that... but no canards!!! :P

have a FAA CJ waiting to be build.... and some Dagger and Finger decals as well...  open to suggestions!

we'll see what is next... in the canard line, a Cheetah is missing, as well as an IIIS, Venezuelan 50, .....a Pantera maybe?
