Neat photo! I did some research and found that its original serial was AL557 and she carried the registration G-AGZI before being taken up by Hellenic Airlines.  According to the Warbird Registry, she was written off in Alaska in 1958, but was recovered and is in storage at Ft. Collins, CO in the U.S. She  would make a neat modeling/conversion project. Note the non-turbosupercharged P&W R-1830 engines. Her sister ship was coded SX-DAB. On both aircraft the large panoramic viewing window was on the starboard side only. I have seen photos of  SX-DAB and she has the same window arrangement.

AL557 was an LB30 or Liberator Mk.II used by 120 Sq.  There is a reference to conversion to R3003s, which presumably is an error, but what for is a mystery.  Possibly just another variant of the R-1830?  It was then used for general duties, including 159 Sq and in SEAC.  It was civilianised by Scottish Aviation for Scottish Airlines on Icelandic charters (importing fish?)  before going to Hellenic 1.3.48.  It then went to National Greek Airlines in 1951 before being bought by Morrison-Knudsen Inc for work in Alaska, It crashed when flying for this company on work supporting the DEW line.
