mackem01
Hi Guys, I'm a little stalled with this and need some help with measurements. I have asked in the wanted section with no luck so thought I'd try here. My 504 needs to be finished in white outlined roundels and there is a bit of a scarecity of these. The only decent ones I'm able to find are on the Pheon sheet (#48.001) for Sopwith Camels. Can I ask a favour of anyone who has this sheet - can you measure the wing and fuselage roundels and let me know the size in millimetres please. I am more than happy to buy the sheet for the roundels but I need to know if the size is right first. Many thanks for your help, T.I.A..... Dave Fleming
Just to check - 48001 is actually Sopwith Pups, is that the one you mean? ( also have the 1/72 equivalent of the Triplane and SE5 sheets so can check them too!) https://www.pheondecals.com/
Dave Fleming
OK, measurements (approx to the nearest mm) then multipled by 72 and divided by 48 Pup - wing 22mm, fuselage 8mm (1/48th 33mm, 12mm) Triplane - 13mm/8mm (1/48th 19.5mm, 12mm) SE5a - 20mm/6mm (1/48th 30mm, 9mm)
mackem01
Thanks for the sizeson those sheets Dave. It would appear that the Triplane sheet is closest to my requirements. Going to get it on order. Many, many thanks for the final piece of the puzzle.
