JJ2016
Hi Britmodellers, I thought the UK folk would like this one, a Rolling Stones music room tribute featuring my new build their Boeing 767 tour plane. This little tribute commemorates the concert I attended back in 94 at Jack Murphy Stadium, San Diego on their Voodoo Lounge tour. It was the first time I had experienced an American tailgate party in the car park so I was well pumped (hammered) for the gig !! I found an old 1:200 Hasagawa Delta Airlines Boeing 767 kit online and custom Stones decals from V1 Decals. Pretty basic kit however it did the job. Hope you like it...... Cheers JJ Initial Assembly Puttying the landing gear doors shut and painting the engine parts. Ended up having to use hobby clay for the wings as the putty was burning through the wing !! Putting the engines together. Priming (aka realizing the errors of my ways...) All painted up ready for assembly (also done the silver leading edges). Ready for final assembly. Assembled, ready for decals. All done !! RFI is here: Thanks for looking ! Edited June 16, 2018 by JJ2016
