Posting Photos not from any web site

Hello.  I have some photos to post but I do not use any of these photo sharing sites. 

 

So how can I share what I have been working on?

You could get some webspace of your own and host the photos there. You could get your own server for less than £5 per month (from Scaleway.com, for example) and just use it as a file repository.

Unfortunately to share images on this site you have to link to online images. I use Google Photos which is included with gmail. gmail is free to setup, once you have an account you can access Google Photos and upload your images to there. You then have to share the individual image to allow other people to see it, this image can then be used on Britmodeller.

In order to show photos on this site you will need a photo host. The site is run on a very small budget (you may have noticed that there isn't any advertising) so can't afford a server big enough to store all the pictures that are uploaded. There are other reasons like security etc. All you need to know about posting photos is here (don't worry that it's 9 pages long, all you need is the first post on the first page):

 

I use 'Village photos' as a host, which is very very easy to use:

Posting photo's on here may look complicated at first, but it it is much easier than it sounds.
