Wdedig
Greetings All I had to add a P-51D to my 8th AF collection. I went late war natural metal, no Invasion Stripes Thought I would go minimum weathering. Just to pretty a plane to dirty up.😎  The Tamiya Mustang is a super kit and mistakes  are only made by modeler.  Decals are Kagaro Publication on P-51 ,B,C,D  Scheme is very "eye-catching" Mirrors scratch built, guns and exhausts drilled out. Rest of build "Out of Box". Thanks for Taking a Look Cheers Bill  PS Comments welcome

IanC
Yes, looks like a modern warbird, with that highly polished metal, rather than a wartime Mustang, but an absolutely stunning build nonetheless! Â Â
Unfinished project
Great variation in the panels and nice to see a Mustang  without Invasion stripes
