Very nice rendition indeed, Lanmi! And you say that you departed from your usual military builds to finish the Connie? Wow. I am overjoyed that she made it off the shelf and took on a life of her own. Love the Lufthansa livery, and love this airplane. You have accomplished much with a kit that carries some challenging accuracy issues. Job well done! 

 

I kind of hesitate to barge in with my own build; but...I finished a 1/72 Connie last year while you were posting yours. I think she turned out pretty well, while replacing and re-constructing some of the inaccurate parts in the kit. You made a very kind comments about my build...glad I can join you in the "Connie Builders" club!

@Witman61 gunze gloss white was problematic. It went dry but after I masked it tamiya tape left its marks and ruined its surface. I had to repaint it few times
