kapam
Incredible work! I can't comment on the real thing, but your build convinces me it could look like that.
Orion
Hello Angel, I have to admit, that this Shackleton, is the best I have ever seen. They are all perfect, but your finish makes this one standing out from the rest. Let me not forget your high performance photographs. Regards, Orion. Unfinished project
Stunningly realistic weathered looking machine I remember seeing these at RAF Leuchars Airshows back in the day
stever219
I’m sorry to be the wicked fairy at the party, but were I the Boss of 8 Squadron and found one of “my” (Her Majety’s) aeroplanes out on the flight line in the condition depicted I would very shortly thereafter be having a VERY one-sided conversation with my SEngO who, also very shortly thereafter, would be having a similar conversation with that aeroplane’s crew chief. There’s no doubt of the skill and expertise used to apply the finish and weathering, but even near the end when the shiny new E-3 Sentries were looming large on the horizon the aeroplanes never appeared that dishevelled. Just my two penn’orth.
