Hi folks,

im typing on the iPad and don't know how to copy a photo to BM. Anyway I'm looking to identify the bombs carried by an early Tornado at Farnborough when it was painted in the green/grey with LAG undersides. The bombs are black with red noses & tails but the look quite svelte to be 1000lb'ers. Has anybody got any concrete info on what they are, Selwyn, your on...........

Steve.

I have found a black and white picture of an early Tornado (XX947 P03) flying with a bomb load that you what looks like the colour scheme that you have described. It says in the caption that they are low drag bombs and that is it, no real designation.
