Blackbrazen Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 (edited) Hi all, I finally managed to finish my Bandai TIE Fighter that I started many months ago. I wanted to do something a little different, so I tried to create one that has a replacement port-side 'wing'. The base was entirely scratch-built out of a large bottle top, an old PEZ dispenser, two pens and some parts from a Tamiya 1/35 King Tiger. Thanks for looking! Edited May 29, 2018 by Blackbrazen 24
Corsairfoxfouruncle Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Great idea for the base and the Tie-Fighter’s wings 👍
Thud4444 Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 That is freaking cool! You should put some mechanics around it. You know, putting it back together. Outstanding modeling.
Andy Moore Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 That's a fantastic looking TIE. Really nice work on the base too. Andy

Will Vale Posted June 16, 2018 Posted June 16, 2018 Great way to make use of all that crazy moulded detail, although I don't envy you painting all the little bits. W
