Many thanks Dave, none of the edges are amazing, I will spend the weekend sorting them out (and working on the Blenheim) 👍

Wow, that looks a million times better than the last one I built. Proper quality build that.

Wow!! Isn't it amazing how a model pops out with the addition of a few stickers. See, I knew this was going to turn out great and to be truthful, she actually turned out wonderfully well. This has always been one of those good mid-seventies Airfix kits that has always been highly regarded. Surely we will see this kit released again in the Vintage Classics range with a set of new decals, now that would be something to invest in.

Lets just hope that those nice people at Hornby co. are watching (.. and taking notes!)

Cheers and well modelled... Dave

That has come up a treat, the decals look brilliant & set the rest of the build off wonderfully well. Nice one. :)

Thanks for the comments guys! Well, I am finally done, she is finished. There are many things wrong, the anti glare panel and bombs are the wrong shade but overall it was pretty good fun to build. For a 1974 kit it stacks up well against the more modern stuff.

Yep - that’s a keeper. Lovely result and well modelled. That’s another one I’ll add to RL’s ‘wants’ list!

Cheers.. Dave

Lovely F-80, well done, Dave (rafalbert). That finish was well worth the effort you put in. What's next? All the best. Mike
