Reini78
When my dad removed the mask, we both thought that the green looks too bright and somehow off. It is possible, that the Tamiya paint wasn´t original anymore and there was a mixed paint in the jar, which my dad didn´t know about anymore. So he re-applied the masks and painted the model with a different green, a mix found in a modelling book, like with the Dark Earth. DE was mixed with Tamiya XF-52, 62 and 58, DG with XF-65, 62 and 11 DSC_0001 by Reinhard Spreitzhofer, auf Flickr DSC_0002 by Reinhard Spreitzhofer, auf Flickr

AdrianMF
That green looks a lot better than the first one. I don't like to comment adversely about colours because (1) everyone's lighting is different and (2) I'm no angel myself. But I think it looks great now. I don' t have the book at hand right now, I'll get to you later in the evening and post the mix proportions 🙂
