Shelliecool
Ready for inspection is my 1:72 BAe Hawk "Red Arrow". I purchased the kit for £3 at the model show in Milton Keynes to make as a gift for my Mum, and have built it straight from the box with the addition of a home made stand. The build went well, the seams took a lot of sanding, and the red gloss paint was a challenge to airbrush but I got there in the end. I opted to mask and paint the white detailing instead of using decals, which went better than I thought. All together I'm happy with the finished build and hope my mum likes it.
DennisTheBear
Oh, very nice! The white trim really looks good. Inspires me to get out a couple of my aerobatic aircraft and give them a go. And I'm sure your mum will love it! DennisTheBear
