Flipper
Hi there folks I haven’t posted anything for a while, but I’ve been busy building a few projects. This is my latest finished build which is a Birthday present for my nephew. Here are the details. Kit:- 1/24 Hasegawa VW T2 23 Window Bus. Paint:- Zero Paints VW Turkis Green and VW Pearl White, clear coated using Zero Paints Diamond Finish Clear Coat. Additions:- Highlight Model Studio Front Safari Windows and rear number plate surround. Bare Metal Foil on the front and rear bumpers. Modifications:- The Bus has been lowered all the way round, by simply modifying the kit suspension. Anyway that’s it, thanks for popping by and having a look. 10

Bill.B
Lovely job! I take it the ‘cross eyed’ wipers are a custom mod?

Pete in Lincs
Lovely job. I too like the colours. I have the Hasegawa 'Moon' van in the stash. There was a VW 'van' gathering near here last weekend at the showground. I saw a few 'splitties' on their way there. Some impressive ones too. There are probably pictures somewhere on t'web.
kapam
Very cool - not too in-your-face, just very cool! Great colours and low-riding stance.
