This is the same aircraft that Airfix based their original tooling on - just done that as a nostalgic build and found out all the inaccuracies - I'll enjoy watching your build to see how this more modern kit goes together. Cheers Tony Good morning Tony and all the others following my build When you will build this kit be careful if you want to replace the instrument panel by the Yahu one like I did because this part is clearly not designed for the Special Hobby kit as it is too big and I had to cut away some plastic on the 2 fuselage halves I also reduced the rudder pedals in order to place it ... Rabbit Leader Posted May 29, 2018 Share Posted May 29, 2018 I agree with all the others Patrice. It didn't take long to get to this stage which sounds like all the makings of a good kit. I started by painting a coat of Mid Stone all over the upper surfaces and when it was dry I applied a coat of Dark Earth yesterday evening .
