Azgaron
That was a slightly different approach to pre shading! Looks good, as do the exhaust cans! Håkan

Wee Beastie
Managed to get the first colour of the camouflage sprayed. Wee Beastie
The second colour of the camouflage has been applied. This is Hataka's Orange Line Light Ghost Grey, which was airbrushed freehand. The GBU-31's are OLine Olive Drab, which was airbrushed first. Then some masking was done, and LG Grey applied. AIM-120's LG Grey, and White. AIM-9X's, and fuel tanks are all LG Grey. To finish off, the pylons were also painted. With the painting now done, everything has been given an Aqua gloss coat.DSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_0928 by ian gaskell, on Flickr

Wee Beastie
With the Aqua gloss coat dried, the decals were applied. The detail on the weapons, and fuel tanks, is really nice.DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr DSC_0978 by ian gaskell, on Flickr Edited June 14, 2018 by Wee Beastie 6

Well I would, because yours look better, but (and this is not a criticism in the slightest, just an observation) I can see where you've slightly affected raised detail by removing seam lines, in exactly the same places that I have. Did you find them a bit of a female dog to get seam free? You can still see the seam on the underside of my 300gal centreline tank.
Wee Beastie
With the wash cleaned off, I've given everything a couple of coats of matt varnish (Hataka lacquer) to seal it. I then moved onto to the weathering. Here, a combination of different shades of AK Interactive pigments were used. This was also sealed with matt varnish. Bombs and fuel tanks have also been glued to their respective pylons.DSC_1000 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_1000 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_1000 by ian gaskell, on FlickrDSC_1000 by ian gaskell, on Flickr 3
Biggles87
I must admit that when I first saw the pre-shading I thought that perhaps it would be too much, but I was wrong. It now looks like a well used military jet . John

Seems it’s the same with anybody’s fuel tanks, seams on them are more of a pain than seams on say a fuselage. Who said our hobby was easy!? :D

planehazza
Very nice! I'm not a million miles behind. I stupidly snapped the nose wheel strut on mine, so that forced my hand. I realised I'm now fiddling and just need to call it and finish it off.
