Hi all

Here is my recently completed Special Hobby 1/72 Meteor T.7.5

I usually model in 48th but having modellers block I decided to do something a bit different and was attracted to this colour scheme, there is something about a military aircraft in civi clothing that I like

took my around 5 days to complete and I'm reasonably happy with it so thought id share it with you all.

Hi Scott,

this is truly a magnificent paint scheme, and your build is damn excellent!

Five days to build this little gem?!! That's about the time it takes me to remove the see-through wrapping, read the instructions and destroy the first piece of plastic I try to remove from the sprue... So your labor of love is impressive. And it is a Meteor!

And I will echo what the others said.

A lovely job, Scott.

The glass table makes it look like it's on a wet dispersal.

Yes, the red F 4 would be welcome, especially if it's as good as this one.

I'll concur with my colleagues that this is a nice job done on this kit.

I see mention of a red F4 demo. Is this on a particular decal sheet or kit boxing? I don't remember having seen anything of this description in my internet travels. Any info appreciated!

An absolute beauty.  I totally agree, a great colour scheme.  I wish Special Hobby would release this kit with the parts to build it as Martin Baker's 'Asterix'.

Very nice. I think this is the first Meteor 7.5 I've seen built up. What colour did you use for the blue?

Hi Magua87

I Used Vallejo 70963 Medium Blue
