Flankerman
Just finished - the excellent Trumpeter Su-34 kit in 1/72 scale........ Trumpeter missed a few things - the curved fillet between the wing L/E and the ESM pod (when fitted)..... ... the Blind Flying curtains inside the cockpit..... .... and the APU exhaust outlet on top of the tailboom... Flankerman
More piccies.... APU intake ... and exhaust... Although they include the fixed boarding ladder - Trumpeter missed the step mounted on the anti-FOD guard..... My converted Su-27IB prototype (left) next to the latest production Su-34.... Tailbooms compared.... ... and nosecones - the Trumpeter nose was scraped and sanded to a sharper profile. The Su-27IB is converted from a Heller Su-27UB back end - mated to an Italeri front end..... Fin
Impressive, as always and thank you for the wip thread too! The Akan paints look spot on for this one btw.
Parabat
Very nice indeed, and good to see the comparison with the prototype model too. Great attention to detail as always, this is a super example.

br60066
Looks great! Just finished one of these myself and I must admit your comparison to the Italeri kit and build blog gave me a lot of inspiration and convinced me to try the Trumpeter kit 😁 Edited May 27, 2020 by br60066 Spelling error
