Haven't been able to find a proper 'Junglie' in snow camo yet. Not like The Navy to be so photo-shy! While searching though I found this excellent link: https://djwilkes.smugmug.com/Military/HMS-Bulwark-1973/ Sorry @RMP2 your thread has been rotaried. I served on Junglies from early 1982 until 1989 on and off on either 707 NAS, as was, and 845 as both a junior and senior rate. I never saw a Wessex V in white camo. We certainly didn't have any on the very numerous winters I spent in Bardufoss. I agree it would have looked cool. Regards MM 1
XV107
https://www.flickr.com/photos/davids_world_2011/5994514076/ ISTR that there is a photo of a snow camo Wessex in Bill Gunston's Modern Combat Aircraft (2nd or so edition) from the late 1970s, although without looking, memory fails me as to whether this was an RAF example or not. 1
missile-monkey
I stand corrected. Every day is a school day. In my defence it was before my time. Thanks for the info. Regards MM

Photographed from the flight line at the alert facility of 331 Sqn RNoAF. The big building in the background is the Hospital.
